1. Chicken / Mutton Kabab
Indian streets are full of kabab stalls. You will find lots of different types of kabab with different types of sauces.
If you are a nonvegetarian, you just need to try the delicious kabab. These are basically chicken or mutton marinated with lots of spices, then grilled or smoked in the fire.
Always get the pudina chatni (pudina sauce) for the better test.
Though both chicken and mutton kabab test out of the world. I personally prefer chicken kabab.
You may feel it will be dry as it's cooked under direct fire. But believe me, it's very juicy inside. Constant desi butter are used to apply on top of it during the cooking.
You can get lame, fish, pork and beef kabab also if you want to try.
2. Samosa
It's everyone's favourite evening snack in India. It's a crispy and spicy evening snack. But even you can enjoy it at any time.
It contains lots of vegetables and mashed potato inside it. You can say it is a pastry which is deep-fried.
There are lots of option available in samosa. You can try chicken samosa in some parts of India, especially in Kolkata. Also, there is noodle samosa (noodles are stuffed inside the samosa).
But simple is the best. Personally, I love to have normal veg samosa, which is extremely satisfying to eat.

3. Panipuri
Panipuri is the must have food in India. There are thousands and even more stalls of panipuri in small city of India.
Even here you have to wait to get your chance. Every time you will see crowded people around the stall.
It is so popular and favourite for many people. Some people just can smell this picture of panipuri.
It is a deep fried, hollow puri, which is filled with mashed spicy potato and spicy water. There are lots of options on panipuri too. You just can't miss it.
4. Malai Kulfi
In the summer season, you will get malai kulfi everywhere. It is famous among all ages.
Not only its test good, but it will also help to cool your body temperature in the killing summer or India.
This is the food, you just can't stop yourself from buying the second one.
It is mainly made with condensed milk and lots of dry fruits. Dry fruits like cashew nuts (kaju) and kismis are widely used. You will get walnuts also in some kulfi.
